Duties

• Responding to verbal and non-verbal clients’ simple and complex questions
• Preparing and sending electronic newsletter
• Teaching the clients individually on how to use electronic resources
• Responding to demands of civilica articles in PAD
• Searching in Persian and Latin resources accessible via internet for clients (inside and outside the university)
• Ordering and preparing electronic resources needed by clients from publishers and brokers
• Participating in preparing guidelines, handbooks and educational packages
• Participating in holding educational courses
• Cooperating in preparing reports needed by the information unit
• Cooperating in supporting the website of the central library to update the links and evaluate some sites and bases
• Participating in carrying out affairs related to apprentices
• Activating membership and managing users on Pasargad system
• Participating in carrying out visits of the information unit
• Cooperating in executing programs of the consultation table
• Carrying out other duties
